Two houses have been demolished on Wakefield Quay today in preparation for a new development.

355 and 353 Wakefield Quay were purchased late last year by property developers who will be turning the site into two new townhouses.
357 will also be demolished and will be home to the investors who currently live across the street. Both townhouse properties will be sold on separate titles.
The investors, who do not wish to be named, say the properties are expected to sell for around 1.5 million.
