Saint Arnaud’s ice skating pond has frozen over providing visitors to the area a chance to try out their skating skills.
Skates are available from the Rotoiti Water Taxi: $10 for kids and $15 for adults per hour.
The pond is situated on DOC land just outside of the Saint Arnaud township. DOC regulations apply.
Pond conditions can be checked by phoning or messaging Hamish at the Rotoiti Water Taxi on 021 702278.
