Police, ambulance, and a dog squad are currently responding to an incident in Motueka Valley, Tasman.
Police were called to the scene to assist St John at around 9 am this morning and are looking to locate a man who is currently evading them.
A cordon has been put in place around the Graham Valley Rd and Motueka River West Bank Rd area.
