The Tasman Titans have held on to beat the Southland Rams 26-24 in the South Island inter-district rugby league final at TrafalgarPark today.
Tasman head coach Phil Bergman was proud of the team’s second half effort, having trailed 16-10 at half time.
“It’s just an absolute fantastic achievement by the boys. It was a hard game and it shows from the scoreboard. That was as close as you could get. I’m still nervous,” says Phil.
