Yesterdays snapper classic brought together teams from all around the region competing to bring in the heaviest catch. The prize giving was held last night along with a charity auction for Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Zealand.
Team “Wurth a Shot” came in first place for the third time running. Their four heaviest snapper totalled 9.58kg. They take home a prize pack worth $4762.
Team member Hayden Rolfe says it all just came down to the huge team effort.
